Back to the real point here that was the overspend, it would seem the problem is like Perth DO, the manual mail is causing problems with the budget and if RM move to one feed then this would solve ips issues but mean later starts e.g. 8.30-4.00 finish all in the name of saving money never mind the service to customers/businesses
