according BBC news24 Royal mail are going to high court to try and get an injunction to stop mondays action. :crazy:

Thats going to be very difficult,Im no legal expert but didnt we have a ballot that civered the union?

What if we just go out even against an injuction against the union? Put us all in jail - course not - they're full.

If Royal Mail are successful in this, and the way British 'justice' operates, that's a likelihood, then anyone still not working to their 318 by Monday morning really does have the brains of a rocking horse.

They could only be about the timing, they may have got the date wrong or not given seven days notice or not served the notice probally. They may just have to adjust the date.

just put in a counter high court action,saying a legitimate ballot was held and Royal Mail are denying Postal workers human rights as regards Industrial Action.

When will we know? im off 2 monday.. must be worried, and they shud be, my office was mad 2day!!4 jam packed trays of mail left under my frame, and heaps yorks outside and benches loaded!! :crazy:

Seems to me that Royal Mail are trying to provoke us to all to go out on wildcat strikes....and if thats what they want shouldn't we
