You don't have to wear them while on a walking delivery.
We do.
There's nothing in the dress reg's about wearing them whilst on a walking delivery, the nearest to it is "In conditions of bad visibility"
For we were soldiers once, and young

Is it compulsory to wear a high viz vest when out on a rural van delivery ?
And if not is there any RM or CWU document stating that it is NOT compulsory ?

I always wore one on park and loop because my driver/partner had bad eyesight and it helped him find me

I wouldn't wear it unless I felt the situation required it,can you find anything that says it is compulsory to wear one? if not don't,simple's.
