I had a recorded parcel for someone today, they weren't home but 2 builders were working there, they said they could sign for it and leave it in the shed or in their van but I said "no sorry I cant let you do that". I know I could have let them take it and saved writing a 739 and carting it back to the office, but better to be safe than sorry.
Just say NO ....to the new agreement.
