Five oclock For Managers.

Can I ask a question how many other offices have managers starting at the same time we have a handfull of postpeople starting at five in our office so all managers can use this is an excuse to start at the same time.
I was under the impression that these times were also there so a manager would be there when the first delivery goes out and the last comes back.
Oh and that includes saturdays.

There is rarely a manager at my office when I get back, even on a real light day.

we were told that if childcare was an issue then people would have to decide whose job was more important, our or other half's
