Don't sweat it weather if you've survived for a week without being suspended then it's pretty likely it'll be a smacked wrist - you did right to inform the DOM and he did right to warn the other staff. There's little point in putting your staff in jeopardy if you can avoid it.

Some newish recruits in our office don't even know their supposed to use trolleys, they take it for granted bag over shoulder is the correct way. Fcuk knows who train em up these days.

Think we have 6 between 160 so roughly 1/25, they are the new recruits, some former trainers lost the money because they didn't apply for the "new and more involved position" though not being fully utilised at the moment; think managers are a little bit concerned that their position could be usurped.

Some years back a colleague of mine was being watched whilst on delivery. They ( the IB )were parked up by a village primary school, at around 8.30am. A concerned resident phoned the police, and the IB had to explain themselves. Red faces all round.
