Despite all the best efforts and intentions - I don't think good sorters are "trained" - they develop with experience after a reasonable time. Some, unfortunately refuse, or are unable to develop - that is where your good porters should come from :) The sad thing is Clash - that there is no longer the precious commodity called "time" because it is converted into Dombonus at every opportunity.
