Tried @ our DO. workers stiood together and it lasted 24 hours before management went back to offering 8hrs for OT

Haggle!. if it won't get covered for 6 they've got no choice but to offer more. Especially if cnt create more absorption. Got 12 hours to cover a prepped walk some Saturdays ago

yeah same here, out pt staff get the full 7hr48 when covering a ft duty even if its prepped for them, and as for managers prepping it, thats also a no no, a stage 1 would be going in for that one, its taking more OT out of posties pockets

Only worked my day off once and got 4.5 hours for it. Refused to do it ever since.
