For a couple of weeks there as been an overtime ban in our office.If you think you will be going over your time you must take your lapsing but leave work in a tray under your frame ("Racking and stacking") they call it in our office.The best part is you don't even have you tell a manager your leaving work! They say as long as the U.S.O is being met they can do it.Absolute farce can't believe they get away with it.
