I got 17 grand tax free. 39 to 23.5. Got a few years under my belt though. One thing to remember is that you have to serve 2 years after taking a buy down, or you have to pay a portion back if you leave. 9 months and I'm a free man :nana. I have something else in the pipeline for when that momentous day arrives :thumbup
