One of the main reasons I took this job was for the early starts (around 7:00-8:00am) now I'm being told to come in at 9:25am 3 days, 8:25 one day and 7:25 the other. Then take a break, then deliver. I don't mind having a break. Snooker table, pool table, tv comfy seats etc. But I'd rather be out delivering, getting home earlier.

Don't forget lads that RM wants you to finish early when it's light, say you don't take a break and finish 40 mins early on monday, 20 on tuesday and so on. When its heavy on Friday they will want it all back, plus O/T will dry up. If you can still finish early after all this they will then think " everyone's finishing early, lets get rid of a job and put a extra street on their delivery". Don't give them the chance, take your break and enjoy it.
Rant over, going to annoy a manager now.
