Dom no money in budget for training !
If you sign for another duty and need training its up to you ?
Other words come in on your days off to train without pay ?

Feliz cutting off was approved before we left but he still wanted to complete and do it for free. Don't see it as do my normal partner a favour I see it as the DOM now thinks that the round is achievable in the allotted time.
Why do someone a favour at work when you aren't getting paid???? or perhaps im just too cynical and look at it as every man for himself

The problem is that Royal Mail cannot achieve the USO without all of these handouts from Runners, Early birds, Pressurised Fixed Term Contracts and the denial of holidays.
Nothing will ever change, people are people and will do what they want or by being pressurised and not being able either through lack of courage or because of financial commitments, to stand up to the management bullies.
