Not receiving a reward is not the same as being punished. Why should the people hand back their rewards.monkeymutha wrote:Yes I've been punished for being sick as didn't get anything, also punished for getting bitten for em. Not all road traffic collisions involving RM vehicles are the RM employee's fault.POSTMAN wrote:https://www.myroyalmail.com/news/nation ... s-oswestry
They had no road traffic collisions, no accidents on duty, no sick absence and no customer complaints against their delivery duties.
Anyone can have a genuine accident no matter how careful they are.
Anyone can get sick - it's a rare one that tries to, unfortunately there's plenty who'll "battle through" an illness against medical advice and spread it around their work colleagues who may have very young or very frail relatives at home.
Customer complaints - When you've got some rounds with over a thousand calls and some with 200 then this is hardly fair! Of my last 3 complaints two have been proven to be completely invalid and one down to the float rushing around.
Still, enjoy the champers and photo shoot lads.
