Is HWDC is big enough ...
Overseas mail volume has gone down ... do you think that Langley could absord mail from SL, RG, SN and OX and to shut down Swindon mail centre ?

AFAIK foreign mail is actually increasing and HWDC has an outhouse to cope with extra volumes. Besides it is not a MC so why would it take on MC work? But if HWDC was to vacate the Langley site there could be scope for a MC to process SL/GU and maybe RG mail. Swindon may not close but I do think there will be reshuffles galore when the closure programme is complete
