Which elements annoy you the most? Is there a financial penalty with these new practices?
I read the statement and can see that union reps and more senior posties are likely to lose out? Is this the case?
Apologies if I seem naive on this one.
The beginning of the statement refers to action taken in September as the cause of this rather than the recent official action and the statement was dated 1st October?
Yours slightly confused

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
