They can have perks but not monetary as such and no getting OT whilst denying others...

If a Rep has an easy duty, or is used as a spare or not, a Rep goes home early, gets time off for consultation and conferences then there is nothing wrong with but actually benefitting from the position as a Rep in some sort of nefarious way is not on.

The bloke that sights a Rep in a 150 posties office is over-egging things a bit. Surely, you will have more than one rep and why are people getting themselves in trouble so often?

So, are you saying im lying just to get a point across,how sad are you,in answer to your question, yes we do have only one rep, and do you not read the posts on this sight, where posties are being stiched up on false accusations by management, and try sticking 150 people into a building where everybody is p###ed off and not expect it to kick off every now and then.you are either a troll or management but either way enjoy the game tonight.

Forgot to mention reps coming in 1hr late , going home 2hrs early........ nice if you can get it !

Im not a union rep, but seeing the hard work and hours our rep puts in with out payment i dont begrudge the reps any perks of the job.

i am a rep we dont get paid. unless you have business insurance we dont get paid travel. we dont get paid for using our phone . i do it to stop the unfairness and bullying .i will never be in managements pocket only down there throats if needed by my members
