Only surprise is Swindon came that high ,very poor management style the harder we stare at them the harder they will work routine but top of the charts for manipulating figures I would think.

They would have to go some to beat Greenford, if they were that good at manipulating figures they wouldn't be where they are.

I heard that Bristol's performance was not much better, loads of overtime used to clear the office.

There is no such thing as the 'worst' MC. There are so many different measures and it won't always be the same MC at the bottom for each.

Weightings can be applied to each KPI to provide an overall picture which will provide a picture of how a unit is doing in overall terms. Whilst most of the individual performance measures are reasonably robust the weightings themselves can be open to question as they often focus on RM's high priority activities which can change over time.

Figures can mean whatever somebody wants them to mean.As a manager you will know that ACF's change on a regular basis,and that they vary greatly from MC to MC.
A York of packets at Swindon MC could have a much higher/lower ACF than a York in South mids MC,for example.

ACF =AVERAGE CONTAINER FILL :wink:
same as it ever was...

Correct. ACFs will vary across the country but provided that the TMMs are doing their jobs correctly (assuming that there are enough of them left) and the fills are accurate (+/- 5% with 95% confidence) they will have a neutral impact upon any Performance Measurement that is reliant upon them.

And there was me thinking you knew everything about Swindon. What gave me that impression...

Ahh yes, so you think you know how many people shifts are carrying, how "top nobs" view the site and what the future holds.

Yet you don't know this?

Either stick to your DO and mind your own business or be nice and you may find out.

You've put my back up with this thread from the title alone so good luck.
