Not delivering evenly through the day !

We had a WTL on Monday stating we are all delivering to many parcels in the morning and not enough in the afternoon. We were told we should spread our work loadout more evenly. Surely as long as you deliver everything and collect everything what bloody difference does it make?

Obsessed with efficiency blah blah. In one ear out the other. Recycle the BS WTL I don't even go to em. Don't even know if we av em anymore!!!!! If they want efficiency why do em on Monday when it's busy? What's up with thu/fri when it's less manic eh.

"too many parcels in the morning and not enough in the afternoon" - but surely your round is in a certain order and the first half might have more parcels one day, the second half the next.

Even by RM managerial standards that's taking ridiculous to a whole new level! I do rural rounds which cover two villages and some days one village will be swamped with parcels and the other might have practically none. And as has been stated so what??? As long as the job gets done for crying out loud!
