Cycle 2 work scheme

I applied on the 15th of May, heard nothing back yet ?
Do they normally send a confirmation to let you know they are dealing with it, or do you just wait for a voucher to turn up ?

if you had applied on the 14th you would have had youre voucher by now

Well, it said to get the info to them by close of business on the 15th which I did, so why would the 14th matter do you think

I sent my form in and heard nothing for about three weeks so I emailed them. They acknowledged receipt and gave me a date for delivery of the voucher. I'm not impressed with the system they have.

They replied next day and told me when to expect the voucher.

yes it shows each week money being paid towards it but theres no way to track the amount ?
I dont keep a long back log of paychecks
