Not with TNT and our WCM jobs for the boys and girls dragging us down remember we have to carry them on £30,000 to £40,000 a year so no wonder we lapse!

You will NOT pay tax on the dividend.
Dividends are paid with a tax credit, which for those on basic rate of tax, effectively pays the tax for you.
So full-timers will receive 729 x 13.3p = £96.96

"Dividend payments look fairly comfortable. The final dividend proposed is 13.3p, ex-dividend July 2, payable July 31. Royal Mail only floated part way through its full financial year, so there was no interim payment. Adding this in for the current year will equal about 21p, representing a yield of 4pc"

Does this mean we get 21p a share (which would equal £113 for me) or will that be included in next interim payment ??

When the shares were floated I thought RM promised a 6% dividend on the original share price, which would be around 20p per share?

The dividend is based on a part year because the company was floated in October, so the payout represents around 2/3's of the annualised amount. Or in other words it's around 4% of the original share price rather than 6%. Hope that makes sense.
