Postmen are being given guidance on how to spot mail scams. It follows a campaign by Marilyn Baldwin from Chesterfield whose mother was targeted by conmen who sent her 30 scam letters a day.

Why give guidance to the posties, most of us know what scam mail looks like but sadly it's still our job to deliver it. It's the vulnerable/stupid people that have got themselves on the mailing lists that need the guidance.
