If anyone ever wanted to vote more than once on such a poll, they could use a different browser - like Opera or Firefox (or IE if you use one of those two). Clearing sky and shutting your browser down then up again might work as well.
Not that I'd recommend this kind of nefarious behaviour, but it's not anywhere as bad as Wapping was.
