It should stop automatically after 18 months with a final payment of around £35,
i have had 3 bikes through the scheme, and it's been that way each time.
Ok thanks. I seem to remember the phases start to change, ie phase 5, then 4 etc, down to the last payment. Maybe I imagined it. Does anyone have the payroll phone number?

Yep you do - its on the back of your pay chit - which you'll need any way when you call.

There is a box next to where i sign for office use, does my line manager have to sign there or just witness me signing mine. Seems a bit pointless signing at work if they don't have to sign to confirm it. This is for cycleplus.
I have just emailed my form in. I vaguely recall something about signing it on the premises but ignored it. I hope I don't have to start all over again.
The form, the contract and all the info available is stupidly complicated and doesn't seem to make sense. The contract says there is a £35 fee after 18 months for them to dispose of the bike. How stupid is that?

Mine has gone through ok and downloaded my letter today. Called the shop and they are getting my bike in by wednesday so not long now.

Picked up my bike today from Evans Cycles. Took a while to sort as it was busy with only 3 people working. My bike plus helmet and lights come to £441 but the salesman said i can not go under the £450 voucher only over despite it saying I could not add money. Brought a lock to go over and just paid the extra.

whys it expensive ?you could buy a bike for 140 pound and pay for it tax free
villa_rule_123 wrote:Can C2W be used to share the bike with a family member? And does it have to be used to commute to work? I just want one for leisure
I think I've used mine a grad total of two times to cycle to work in the last 18 months. They don't check.
I applied on the 15th of May, heard nothing back yet ?
Do they normally send a confirmation to let you know they are dealing with it, or do you just wait for a voucher to turn up ?
Thanks

I sent my form in and heard nothing for about three weeks so I emailed them. They acknowledged receipt and gave me a date for delivery of the voucher. I'm not impressed with the system they have.
