The New agreement says will be paid whilst on annual leave what if you have already taken any leave from April 2014 am sure they will have to back pay you for any holidays taken, by the time the agreement is processed in all units most people may of taken some of there leave, did they not see this coming when they finalised the agreement. This agreement should of been in place from the start of the year 2014 , they should now pay this year a lump sum holiday payment as normal and start the agreement from April 2015.

Apparently, the delivery offices have local agreements.
And in our D.O. The 2 payments (May and August) will continue as normal.
All seems a bit strange.

There was a printed email at the signing on desk this morning, apparently next Friday (9th may) scheduled attendance "back money" will be in our wage. And on the 16th (following Friday) the scheduled attendance "lump sum" payment will be made.
Not sure when the document came from, see what happens.

So are we getting the wrong info from our reps. we are told we will be paid S/A money 52 weeks a year, so last week my scheduled S/A fell on bank holiday Monday. I didn`t get paid for it...................why???

On top of this I have a colleague that was on leave last week, he was under the impression he would be paid his S/A, he didn`t get his either

There is no lump sum as far as I am aware, I just assume you will (or should) be paid your nomal S/As when you are on leave rather than a flat week , if you are talking about the back pay lump sum, we got that last week

So 24 hours without a single reply, fat lot of good this forum is, somebody must have been on holiday last week, did you get your S/A money? or as I suspect this agreement not worth the paper it`s written on?

I'll give you an update now. I had last week off there is no extra pay in my wage. All I have is my standard 25 hrs holiday pay and delivery supplement as per usual. What is this SA holiday pay?

I would suggest that your PSP is up to date then, below is taken directly from the document provided by Ninja.. there are gonna be a lot of unhappy peeps until this is sorted, the Doc is already 1 mnth old..

1.5 Processing Payments
Payments should be processed locally by the manager/Staff Resourcing Unit, through PSP, and keyed daily.

Payments should be made in accordance with the normal timescales for processing SA, i.e. one week in arrears for weekly paid employees, or in line with salary cut-offs for monthly paid employees.

Holiday SA should only be paid when employees have corresponding holiday absences in their PSP record. Payments should be entered onto PSP using the “Holiday SA” attendance type in the Overtime/Scheduled Attendance input screen within “Variable Pay”. Initially, Holiday and Bank Holiday SA will be displayed on payslips in the same field as worked SA. Further development of PSP will be scoped to separate Holiday SA from worked SA on payslips, and to link Holiday SA with employee holiday absence records.

Line managers/Staff Resourcing Units are responsible for ensuring payments are made in accordance with individuals annual leave entitlements and the guidelines above. Line managers/Staff Resourcing Units must ensure that records are accurately maintained for audit purposes.

Where individuals perform SA at units other than their parent unit it is the parent unit’s responsibility to process the appropriate SA Holiday payments (in the same way they input worked SA performed at other sites).

Pending further PSP development, where employees are eligible for SA holiday pay for SA commitments not at their substantive grade, payment should be input using the same process used to pay worked SA at another grade.
