need to find some info dom has put me forward for ILL HEALTH RETIREMENT and was wondering what kind of payout ill get been with royal mail 4 years on a 30 hour contract ive got 4 weeks and 3.5 days holiday owing can anyone give me a figure
just so i dont get shafted lol

P13 maths is correct of IHR but RM will not go on DOM recommendation they will need a report from OH assist or Employee Health Services for consideration of IHR. It was also be dependant on your absence record and your medical condition in relation to the duties that are required of you at RM. If there is the likelihood of an improvement of your condition through light duties and a rehabilitation programme then that will be RM first option before IHR is agreed.
