Its not the DOM - its HR apparently!

My DOM is claiming that Human Resources are to blame for the things which are happening to me (hmm?) Could someone please tell me if it is possible to get a written copy of any records of conversations between HR and the DOMs or any other information that is held about me? I need to find out any address or name I could use to request this information from? Thanks

I was employed by rm.. the address is pond street sheffield , but it goes to the data team I have the address I will post on here again, the prob could be HR as I have had a similar thing in the past so I had to do an SAR it's called you have to pay £10 for a request and a 40 day time restraint that RM have to respond in that time..and yes not only managers tell lies so do HR hence a court case..

Oh dear - did you get all the information you requested in the end? - and did they miss out stuff? Did you ever get the full picture?

I think my DOM is probably telling them lies as no one in their right mind would treat me in this way if they were working on the truth. (would be really grateful for that other address if you have it?)
