I believe he needs to contact the bundling centre.
But somebody needs to contact the customer. Some book extra call centre time to coincide with a promotion.

Do you know the official agreement for delivering d2d as we were told 1 sixth a day and leave in frames if u have no mail then last week dom says we must clear all d2d for that day even if no mail now today he says we can throw off as many as we wont but must clear the days according to sheet,i thought the idea of spreading to the whole week was to balance the weight , i came back off duty today and walk i am covering 2morrow has the rest of weeks d2d in it!! dom says just take were u are going except wed u must clear them! what is going on?

the D2D 'procedure' is as useful to us as the actual D2D is to the majority of customers and should be cast into the same bin.
we all do it differently at our place ... some put mali in first and the days d2ds after, some put the days d2ds in first then the mail, some put all the d2ds in first and leave those that have no mail regardless of the day. i've tried each of these and find them equally annoying and leave the same bad taste in my mouth. i might not be the smartest bloke in the world, but I and the rest of us are better than garbage delivery men/women.

The D2D procedure is not something I have to look at very often, so I just need something clarifying.

As it is a bank holiday week, we have had 5 D2D's come in.
Am I right in thinking we just do the 1/3rd a day, so in essence, there will be a lot of surplus ?

No they all have to go - 25% or 20% of total amount each day - dependent on local agreements.

They all have to go, but, according to the national agreement, when changed from being paid per item to getting a delivery supplement. It is for the duty holder to manage how many and when they deliver their D2D's. As long as they get delivered it does not matter when or how you do them. Only the floater has to deliver their 20% daily.
