we are now being lettered by mgmt for customer complaints
ie if customer phones in re say misdelivery of letter you will be given letter from mgmt
is this agreed by cwu
where does this go i mean im a customer and could phone in and complain :Very Happy

been confirmed today 3 complaints on duty and your called into office and given "informal"( ie you dont need rep or witness ) talk
and letter stating complaints against duty BUT duty holder to answer questions
whats the cwu going to do about this
i await an answer please

Sounds like a quality control procedure to help prevent further complaints.
We've several duties in our DO which would benefit from this type of procedure.
Every time the mangers decide to put a new face to some duties the same old problems occur.
