Can't find my D2D procedure, so a quick question

The D2D procedure is not something I have to look at very often, so I just need something clarifying.

As it is a bank holiday week, we have had 5 D2D's come in.
Am I right in thinking we just do the 1/3rd a day, so in essence, there will be a lot of surplus ?

No they all have to go - 25% or 20% of total amount each day - dependent on local agreements.

the frame i've worked off for the past 6 weeks has 5 columns labelled monday to friday, so there are no D2Ds on the saturday

I SHOULD have had this saturday coming as rest day, but have been given another duty for that day and friday as rest/day, which is another thing I'm not happy about. So, come saturday, whoever does the duty i have been doing might not know that there is a day's D2Ds needing done. Should I give a hoot, considering they dont give a hoot about messing my weekend up?

make sure you fill out the paperwork that your unit uses to identify which D2Ds have been done. While you are right to take 20% a day - you still need to make sure you follow the procedure otherwise a DOM will use it against you.

I'm not familiar with that term. Although a 'manager' did come round once checking that we had the right amount.

How on earth do you record what's been done daily and that all have been completed by end of the week? Not having a go at you but it's amazing that you have not heard of a control sheet.

All Fridays thrown in today but delivered with mail only for the rest of the week and signed off on the control sheet so that the day off staff know they have been put in - next week Monday and Tuesday will be put in on Tuesday and delivered the same way. Wednesday onwards will be delivered one sixth per day. A minor inconvenience but the system works.

A colleague found an old but unbroken batch of D2Ds amongst his scheduled D2Ds yesterday and has been told to do them along with the new ones. This batch should have been done 3 weeks ago, but were not given to him. Should he do them?

Yes he has been given instructions to do so, any complaints from the client will/should be addressed to the manager.

His manager may have instructed him to do them but first the client should have been contacted to ask them what they wanted to do.

If the manager just wants them done to get them out of the building and avoid any fuss, then he is being a bit naughty.
I would want to see a paper trail back to the client before I joined in with my DOM's attempts to fraudulently claim the office is clear of D2D.

Not had a sheet since we've not been paid for them.
