IMPROVED SCHEDULED ATTENDANCE HOLIDAY PAY – JOINT STATEMENT

Branches will be aware that the Agenda for Growth Agreement included a commitment for Royal Mail to improved Scheduled Attendance Holiday Pay.

Talks with Royal Mail are continuing on a Joint Statement covering these new arrangements, including the process for back pay and Bank Holiday payments

Further information and the Joint Statement will be circulated to Branches in due course.
