WCM is very much an ongoing joke as they have made the place pretty and put up bins/poster etc but havent changed the way that work is done (ie more efficiently) and this is whats losing us revenue on a daily basis.

I've been told WCM has still got a future not sure for how long.

well apparently from IR reps in Glasgow WCM is being replaced with a thing called 'the royal mail way'!!!!
Anyone else heard about this?
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Soon they'll be coining the phrase "It's the Royal Mail way, or the Highway" !!

WCM staff, and their friends, also seem to acquire plenty o/t in a certain Scottish MC - only using shift managers and hidden 552's that is. Double Sundays in a section that has sod all work - must be a Dead Tiring Role!! :whistle
