I worked the last 3 strike days(came out the rest) because I think the union is fighting a losing battle.

I plan to work any other strike days too as I don'think striking will make any difference. The union has got all it's going to get.

I will not be thanking anyone because you will NOT get anymore !!!

The 2 sides have been talking for 6 months and they're still miles apart on flexibility and pensions.

I thought striking would make a difference but I've now seen the error of my ways and have cancelled my union subs and have no intention of having anything to do with the CWU again.

It's the opposite has happened in my office with more going out on strike because of what RM are doing to them, this appears to be yet another manager/wannabe manager just trolling

Not a manager and don't want to be one, just a realist.

I honestly wish you well but I just don't think it will make any difference.

im not interested in you wishing us well,im more interested in the fact you have crossed a picket line and gone against your fellow workers.tell me if striking is getting us nowhere how comes we have forced rm back to the negotiating table (something they said they wouldnt do) by taking ia.there are men and women on the picket line with kids, morgages and bills to pay that are finding it hard but these people are thinking long term about the money they will lose in the long run, hang your head in shame for thinking about your pocket in the short term!

Mate of a mate (all drink in same pub). S****ed and arrived in the boozer next day. he honestly couldn't believe that we all moved to another table. Honestly, he tried to maintain that work and pub were different environments. Tried to talk to various individuallists of us at the bar and when realising the only response he would get was "f off" moved to another table. Fortunately we know these guys (vaguely) and after having a quiet word - in a fag break otside the pub- these guys (being honest working guys) understood. No longer seen in any pub in town at the moment. But still crossed the line everyday of the last 4-day. No excuse - no wife/girlfriend, no kids, just likes to take holidays.

Our office has only had 4 strike breakers during the whole dispute not bad considering theres 150 of us.
At the end of the day when WE WIN we can rub thier nose's in it
