In the past in our office the DOMs had "Toilet Watch"! Where they checked to see what you were doing after a set amount of time had passed! And I wish I was only kidding!!

Toilet Breaks are covered by the 'Personal Needs' element of the Relaxation Allowance which I believe is in the region of 5% for men and 7% for women.
