I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There we have it in black and white, they want 'total flexability'-crush the Union, change our pay structure to monthly, make you work over your normal hours[when it suits them!],take out more d2ds per week without extra payment and do away with 318s and Seniority[how many years have they tried to do this?]

What do they expect us to do about it? Lie down and play Dead!!!!!
I don't think so!

I haven't seen it, but I've been told what is on it. It's the CWU rep with three handpicked stooges saying just how great the later starts are. I suppose if you have no life outside of work, they must be brilliant. As for everyone else, how dare they have other pursuits than the greater good of Royal Mail.
