get back to work ya roasters before you undermine our offical strike .... you are playing into Royal Mails hands by going out on unoffical strike ... you were told by our union to start at your new times and if it leads to all out unoffical strike you will destroy our union in less than two weeks and give lieghton and crozier what they have always wanted carte blanche to put in whatever measure they want .... if you lot sink this strike with your unoffical action ... i will hold you all in the same contempt i have for Lieghton & Crozier ... and you will be no comrade of mine
Agree mate. Understand people wanting to walk unofficial but please be patient and look at the bigger picture, don`t fall nto the RM trap.

I would guess that is the screw just trying to intimidate you into completing.
I have come across similar tactics and when people actually do cut off there's f**k all they can do.
If they do dock your pay surely it is illegal and the union can fight to get the money back.
Don't be bullied by these thugs stand together and cut off.

we always have stood together but that didn't stop them a couple of months ago stopping half the office's pay for cutting off. The union had to pay us back and are still fighting this in court to get their money back from Royal Mail. So we know they can and will stop our pay if they feel like it. So support us,
Work to 318s lads if you can understand um made our dom get em printed out f** kin all over the place just stuck to times and TAKE IT BACK :lfo :lfo :lfo :cfo :cfo
Great luck to all the postmen and women at Liverpool and Streatham and any other office thats out there.
Managers are realy going to far - i wonder if it was somthing like this that started people going Postal in the USA - i mean hand up to take a piss? wtf is that?
In the office i work in we had a wild cat strike last year after seeing a colleague reduced to tears after two bulling dums had interviewed him regarding attendance. They had also tried to bully all members of staff in some way.
When we went back we suffered all this crap about sticking your hand up for the toilet (some of us just went to the toilet as usual). We had managers patrolling aisle's one manager patrolling 3 of us in the part of the office i then worked at. We had one manager logging in what time you got back, he tried to get about 5 of us to go back out delivering when we got back 10 minutes before end time, we didn't. They then flooded the place with managers from all over the country (all staying in the local hotel, which aint cheap) + foreign casuals & still couldn't clear the mail without our co-operation. They walked a york full of drinks & sweets in & told us these are not for you, but managers & casuals. Managers will lie & twist things to get you to do more, diaries it all with witnesses.
The good news is before we went back we had a manager moved & now the other one has left.

anyone with half a brain would support you in a case like yours . . . . to refuse to pay someone because they've been given too much to do in the time they have is just f***ing ridiculous . . . . .I'm not a fan of unofficial IA but even I can see that sometimes you just have to stand up for what's right . . . Streatham office you have my full support and I would hope that of many others too
