don't forget to tell express readers exactly what you think of that jumped up little **** , been here before with that sort of management & thier lackys -goodwill can easily go out of the window , rulebook works both ways .Try looking at your managers Crozier and thier systems , just a red herring & a smokescreen to cover for your 2-3 average /below average mgrs . The biggest "waste" product at Royal Mail has to be giving over Â£1m a year to certain people at Royal Mail.

THE MANAGERS IN OUR DEPOT WOULD TELL YOU TO f***ing think again IF YOU TRIED ANY OF THIS s**t ON.

There are guys working OVER their time for f**k ALL in our depot - they are either too scared for their jobs to do otherwise or Chinese guys being bullied etc. I did it myself for 4wks when i started cause i was bullied into it by manager and didn't know any better - ie to cut off.

erm, EXCUSE ME!!!! BUT HAS ANYONE MENTIONED TO THESE TOSSERS IN THE 4TH ESTATE WHAT OUR OVERTIME RATES ACTUALLY ARE - 'TIME AND A HALF, THIRD, QUARTER' - LIKE T*TS THEY ARE!!!!!

Some of them things went on years ago when no one wanted the job and overtime helped RM to run, but these things havnt gone on for years, and what about the practices that have gone on and still go on like,
PEOPLE STARTING EARLY TO GET THE JOB DONE FOR NO EXTRA MONEY.
PEOPLE NOT HAVING BREAKS,
PEOPLE USING THEIR OWN CARS AND MOTORBIKES TO GET TO AND FROM DELIVERY, SAVING RM THOUSANDS OF POUNDS.
THIS B***ARD SOLD US JOB AND FINNISH AS A THANKYOU FOR ALLOWING THEM TO TAKE OUT SECOND DELIVERY AND AS HE SAID TO GET RM BACK INTO PROFIT, HE TURNED A BLIND EYE TO THESE SO CALLED SPANISH PRACTICES.
WHAT A TWO FACED B***ARD.
Over the years postal staff have saved this company millions of pounds by getting the job done their own way to help themselves save time and now he beats us over the head with it like we are some sort of parasites draining the company of profits, its overpaid goverment backed blood suckers like him and the rest of the managerial parasites that are draining this companys profits not us :cfo :lfo ...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

great post mate - he has SOLD us up the river and is a two faced good for nothing little under achieving ceo who is heading for a career ending fall. Insensed with the telegraph list i just emailed their letters page and maybe they will publish because even right wing papers must be interested when they are having the wool pulled over their eyes:

Sir - i browsed with great interest and incredulity the list of 'Spanish Practices' apparently common place in Royal Mail delivery offices. I wish you had published this list sooner - as a postman myself I was, incredibly i know, completely unawares of these underhand goings-on. Tommorrow I shall claim 2hrs overtime for 10minutes work and if, as I hope, you have been informed correctly, my manager will rush to put it in the overtime book for me! Joy of joys I might be on Directorship wages before too long! Thankyou once again! On a serious note, I must say that this unsubstantiated list produced to you by Royal Mail Group Ltd is utterly preposterous and is, as a matter of fact, a reflection of rare practices which ended over 15years ago - when the buisness was making a profit and could afford to overlook (with local managerial consent) such extravagances.
