amount of time on ips

my office has been doing park and loop for about 4 years. was told before it started we would be on sorting for 30 mins. 4 years on that still hasnt happened most days it is 1hr 45 mins.

Id rather be on ips for 1hr 45mins than 30 mins as it means I have 1hr and 15mins less delivery time and this should either have been reflected in the delivery span of the duty or im cutting off.

Erm I'm also on delivery for 4 /5 hours was just making a point that years ago when the mail was supposedly at a high we were never on sorting as long as that . The mail is down we kept being told.
