All our Delivery Office refusing to fill in the survey

I was having a bacon sarnie in canteen and manager asked me to fill one in.I told him i am on my break and he rolled his eyes and muttered "FFS".I took it,filled it in and put very unsatisfied on ever section for line manager.

The last time we had one the manager walked round in wtll handing them out, the union rep walked two paces behind with a bin, he had quite a few at the end, even the DOM laughed about it.

its not compulsory to fill them in.
But the DOM will be questioned as to why they weren't filled in and someone will come down to question the workforce as well

Seems to me that I should be pleased that I am not at your depot. I have no real problem with my manager doing the job that they are paid to do and letting me do mine.
I certainly don't begrudge them a pay rise . I am glad that I don't have to do it.

On my letter on the Employee Survey 2014 which I received from the Business last week it said "From Wednesday 19th March it starts till Wednesday 9th April" and its a joint briefing at your Work-Time with Dom and Rep? Do we start again?

i can remember last year our manager insisting they were done in wtl,
he's a nice enough bloke but bet he couldn't manage to get me a shag in Amsterdam with the cash saved from lapsing.
wonder what would happen if a copy of this thread got pinned in every canteen?
