have to say ,I don't blame you at all.have your say,but we wont do anything about it when you do have your say??? same questions no doubt,same answers,and be the same next year until things are dealt with.no doubt some big wig in charge of the returns to do percentage type graph on office returns.i think you either have to go full on it and do it,or just leave it,no halfway I think.some people may be bothered what we think,but not many,may put a dampner on how people really think on issues that really matter locally.

I emailed head office last year asking is it compulsory to fill these surveys in got a nice reply saying every opinion is important but it isn't compulsory, I compare them to market surveys on the phone and I put the phone down when asked to answer questions on them.

If all the office can join together not to fill it in. You should all agree to fill it in with the same opinions and answers. Agree on one thing you all don't like and Maybe you could all make a change. I think our office is going to vent its anger on one of your old managers, who left you after a hi vis incident .

Yes it is - But so is the fact that we'll be told to sit in the lino's office for that time and fill it out as part of WTL. And if we say we have no interest in filling it out we'll be told to sit there doing nothing for 15 mins anyway.

That's 15 minutes I could spend delivering stuff but as it stands I'll probably end up leaving a few parcels that I can't get through. I've filled out many of them in the past and there has been no action taken with highlighted problems so instead I'll draw penises.
