Amazing story, I could hardly believe they would stoop so low as to falsify your signature, i wonder how many had falen the same way, the letter should be sent directly to the Postie from the appeals manager NOT via the DOM. some serious overhaul is required here.

The DSM that was involved though has worked around the country, it was his idea to falsify the documents but he has managed to keep his job for now.

so its been proven that he was behind falsifying documents to get you the sack when you had won your appeal? if this is true why did the dom get the boot on his own & not both of them? & what are the cwu doing about this now you have your job back?

The DSM has kept his job as I don't think there is any documented evidence of him telling the DOM to forge the paperwork so it just looks like the DOM acted alone. Union are still pressing ahead trying to get him brought to justice as well.

As for my appeal paperwork, I never received any. When I asked for a copy of the appeal paperwork they sent me someone else's, still never got a copy of mine.

this is all so wrong what has been done to you, it seems to me you have won half the fight getting your job back which was wrongly taken away from you, now the other half of it is getting the cwu to keep fighting to get all involved in this plan to falsify the evidence in your dismissal punished accordingly.

I will do, had my first day back today which went great.

CWU aren't giving this up and neither is the sacked DOM, he is doing all he can to drag the DSM down with him so it should be interesting.
