For someone who goes on about bullying and harassment you don't seem to mind throwing in pathetic little name calling to your posts.
What was it yesterday - crapshittyrocker?
Name calling is bullying and harassment and as a rep you should know that.
Try acting like a grown up.

arthur was right wrote:People easily pleased with an extra few hundred quid which will be the last one for a good long long while. How many 1000s of hours have royal mail saved with mugs comming in early and working through breaks etc etc basically denying people without a job the chance of one! SHAMEFUL!! SICK TO DEATH OF THE "I'M ALRIGHT JACK "attitude which has poisoned UK work places in particular ROYAL MAIL. When privatisation kicks in we will all suffer!!! FACT!
What's that rant got to do with back pay? :hmmmm

I take it you're not pleased to see a few hundred £ extra this week? Or did you start ranting at your payslip? I bet you don't turn it down.
How many hours have posties saved from finishing early tho? Personally over the years I must have saved several thousand :nana
My calculator doesn't have enough digits to work out how many hours I've been paid for and haven't worked. :cuppa

All changed now though! :whistle

Dear Colleague

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PAY AWARD AND BACKPAY

We have been advised by Royal Mail that due to the considerably extended payroll processing required to implement the backdated pay award, there may have been errors resulting in some under/over payments for some individuals. The complexity of the payroll processing may have also delayed some back pay on overtime payments.

The company has advised us that they are working hard to address these issues and are seeking to correct any errors next week.

Any enquiries on the above should be addressed to the DGS (P) Department.

Yours sincerely

Dave Ward
Deputy General Secretary (P)
