Need Help or advice please, I've been made homeless which I had to move back with my parents, trouble I got the distance from the Royal Mail Centre I work is some distance from we're am living, I contacted my shift manager he agreed my travinging to work will be a nightmare so he suggested a transfer to a closer mail centre, I've continued contact with my shift manager for past two weeks , he been informing me that the transfer is taking place and this week I found out none of it true and book room has not done anything so I took special leave for past 2 weeks unpaid , now my shift manager saying I got to return to work , I explained why the change and I've got no we're to stay his reply was holtel or bed sit or stay with someone from mail centre, book room manager has been so rude as in its not my fault you moved home not understanding I had no choice , my duty is over the weekend , I explained that am not on doorstep to see my son so due to my distance were am living I got to have my son at weekends ,, but they seem to be not interested with my problem or care I even spoke to a union rep and he said I've got to return to work and book room will try to transfer me, spoke to book room they said could take months I really don't no what to do or turn to can anyone help me please

Rep seems to not wanna listen to my say or problem more agree to book room , not taking on board my concerns feel so let down almost my back against the wall no one wants to help thought being big company and very good attendance they would help me
