They must be having a laugh!
Amicus is having to deal daily with cases of postal managers suffering from stress and bullying and harassment. In an internal audit carried out last year entitled 'Have Your Say' 25 per cent of postal managers felt that they had been bullied or harassed.

Poor managers. Having to fill duties occasionaly by pleading to the workforce to work overtime. Dishing out the cushy numbers and duties to 'mates' and the office narcs. How hard they must have it laying on the guilt trip if you don't want to do overtime.. A case of 'You scratch my back, I'll consider maybe scratching yours at some point in the future'
I wouldn't mind doing a round now and again and earning £35,000 a year.

Yes i think of them every day when i take my meal break and the vast majority of my office dont. My managers sneek of up to the canteen take a meal break away from the work place after the brainless fu88wits have run off on their walks. Then when i get back to the office on time. Again i think of them 40mins before the end of their shift they take another meal break and go home early. Two meal breaks in one day cant be bad. In between time whilst we plod the streets they search ebay and drink coffee. Why no part time managers who only get paid for the time they work. Once we have left the office theres no need for them.

I think about them 24/7 and IMHO they should all do the decent thing.
