HOLIDAYS
IT'S now February and we still haven't got are holidays sorted for 2014/15 I can't book any holidays or days off because iv'e been told they are still sorting out the holidays want I wont to know is whether there is a time limit for how long they are taking.my cwu rep doesn't seem to know and says when it's sorted it's sorted

Annual Leave is supposed to be completed by October 31st of the previous year.
It's in the way forward.
Frankly, I'd just book my holidays and tell them when they are.
They are in violation of the agreement, not you.
And your Rep needs a slap.
