I work in the callers office/reg locker.
This includes 4 duties plus re-habs. DOM just re done existing rota
for 4 fixed duties.
We are set to work a 1 in 5,rest of office is a 1 in 4.
We have been given 2 weeks notice.
Rep says it has not been signed off but seems unwilling or unable to
intervene.
DOM says we are doing it - final.
Not happy.Any help appreciated

Re: rota change
Speak to the Area Rep.
Your being treated differently to other staff. Why?
Equalities and Diversities. European law, adopted into UK law, and signed up to by RM.
People have to be treated fairly.
