What's the unions ruling on taking your annual leave. I find it near impossible to swap holidays to fit in with my families schedule to be together on leave at the same time. If I can't swap hols then tuff luck, you have to take your leave without your family. I have 6 weeks off a year what's the point of having this leave if you can't take your holidays with your family. There are couples in work who have their hols together so what's the difference.

its the same in my office i get six weeks leave and can not get time off with the kids i looked in to term time working but you have to buy min of 4 weeks could not afforded to loss this amount of money

i have booked 4 weeks got list for mylast 2 and low and behold only 3 weeks have been booked...................ffs DIM sort it out
