Peterborough are trying to take NR DSA and mp2 and mp3 flats if they already run CB codes mixed in with PE on a 160 selection machine how do they expect to do NR in the daytime a hope to get it all back to Norwich all sorted for despatch before 6am.Are they biting off more than they can chew..

Don't for 1 second think this will play any part in their decisions. Chester is about to absorb Shrewsbury's inward operation, and what they are expecting to what they are actually going to get are two totally sets of figures.

Good luck with that. The MC is overstaffed so it'll be 8-12 hour weekend or 6-10 Mon-Weds at best. Besides, from Oxford you wouldn't get any money for a voluntary transfer.

The Mech Manager still believes they can do it, they staff say there's no way they can do it.... He won't take NO for an answer.

He also believes that you can strip an iLSM, and reset the machine for another plan in under 10 minutes!!!
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

Heard this one last night from a Greenford Driver that plans are afoot to either close Jubilee MC and move its work or take some work and give to Greenford. Apparently this rumour might have feet. Have Dingo or Fishtank heard anything?

Don't forget that Gatwick MC is in one of the proposed places for a second runway, if that place gets chosen then Gatwick MC would have to close

That is very true but they would want a Super Super Mail Centre for the A3/M23 corridor. But I had heard that SE London would stay in Croydon. The question is could they create a new South London MC in Croydon?

Lovely, I can say we're NOT enjoying the CB DSA - they're coming off the iLSM in 6 different places along the machine (and nowhere near together!!!) :Applause

We were wondering why the plan suddenly changed, and we WERE'NT told about it!!! :hmmmm :Applause :Applause

Ask if they can move the CB selections closer together and get told "It's staying that way, get on with it"

Asked this question this morning in our "WTL&L" session and was told...
"It's a load of crap, don't believe that "
