Royal Mail's chief executive Adam Crozier was very forthright this morning slamming "Spanish practices among his striking staff.
He told the BBC Radio 4 Today programme of 92 scams affecting productivity.
They include posties asking for overtime if they finish their rounds two hours early and have to help out in the post room to complete their shift.
You can imagine how self righteous he was. But this is the same Adam Crozier who earns about 630,000 a year.
This indignant little man is also thought to have trousered a bonus in the region of 370,000.
Our heroic crusader against Spanish practices has therefore pocketed about one million pounds in one year for presiding over what, from the public's point of view, looks like an anarchic shambles, where the intransigence of management and unions has led to postal strikes.
Compare this 1 million package with what a postman gets for pounding the street. If Mr Crozier had to rely on 22,800 a year he might, too, find Spanish practices appealing.
In fact, I suspect if he was on such a small amount we would find he spoke Spanish like a native.
But until he does try to live on 22,800, he might do well to think twice before carping about how his staff try to make ends meet.
Always remember that Crozier - that arrogant little jock in the box - is nothing more than Al's mouthpiece - that's when he isn't kissing ass or brown-nosing his leader.
Looks as though Crozier could be getting set-up to take a big fall by AL who will then ride to the rescue of RM and settle the strike.
Couple of things to remember - Crozier will walk away with a huge pay-off and AL will be back to battle with us next year.
But at least some of the media seem to be waking up to the fact that this strike isn't just about wages and greedy posties which was the line RM sold to them at the start.
There will be lots of management aggro and hassle this week but we really have to turn the other cheek and just remember that pay-back time comes through the rolling strikes. We have to remain strong for them. We are winning this dispute because we are standing together with our union to defend our conditions and a great public service.

Same here about registering and wages, where does that pr*t get his info about our pay! If he had his finger on the pulse, although I very much doubt HE actually has one, maybe then he'd keep his big gob shut and keep his head well down....take a hint Adam or sack your PR dept, they're doing you no favours!!!
Not been throwing his hissy little fits again ?? , the cowardly, bullying little s*** doesn't like it up him does he now , unless it's in a cubicle or on Hampstead Heath ( Allegedly Apparently) , Public School you see . It always goes wrong for Squeaky Adam , one character reference for him was I would not p** on him if he was on fire, there was the cost of the move from L ancaster Gate to Soho Square , he did slash and burn but 92 became 12 but the wage bill was six times as much , his manager was a laughing stock but he was laughing all the way to the bank on his contract that the FA have only just finished paying . For some reason he had to jump before he was pushed . He should have been sacked for fiddling the Sales Figures ( Good Training for RM's Del Boy School of Accountancy) but it taught him" a lesson in humility ".
Anyway Squeaky Adam will probably avail himself of the services detailed in the cards in the phone boxes around Old St , they're used to dealing with spoilt, sulky little publc school boys who bite off more than they can chew with the big boys from Bash St . I'm sure his uncle Allan will lend him a few bob towards those "services '

I don't think these will be emailed to him. The Express for it's many, many faults, associate Crozier with a rival paper so I'm sure the On-line Edition editor gave the OK for the blogger to stick the boot in too add to the "little issues " with Conran Black.
Pity "Strict Shirley " can't adminster a punishment befitting a sulky public school boy, that would look good shown on the plasmas !. That £440 figure was "agreed "with the CWU , rubbish , just using the Union again in another sniffy blame game to adjorcate responsibility from his managers he's supposed to supervise/lead in the business he's supposed to be running.
