when I was in the union when they told me to vote yes I voted yes and when they told me to vote no for something I voted no what is the point in paying your contributions to the union if you have no trust in there leadership!

I support the Union, but unquestioning support is not in my nature. Unquestioned support of any leader or organisation is a mere step on the road to acceptance of totalitarian regimes.

The vast majority voted for BT2010...and spent the next 4 years whining about it. I don't think much will change with this agreement.

I don't think many of you know the level of change that's coming.
You should try reading the agreement and not just the juicy pay bits either.
