I had the pleasure of meeting Tony Benn donkey's years ago, and whilst I didn't agree with everything he said I found he to be honest and straight talking, and very willing to listen to my point of view. He's a cracking bloke and I'm glad to have him on our side and have him speaking on our behalf.

I met him early this year in London when he was doing a lecture on utopia and socialism. Just walked up to me and started talking to me very friendly and wanting my opinions on all kinds of matters.
Great man and wish him well in getting back to parliament.

Can't agree more there, I hope he does gain a seat again <I'd vote for him in a flash> he'd certainly put a lot of them, including the Twits on the front benches, to shame...Sadly he's one of a very few honest politicians, and someone who actually believes what he says and isn't trying to spin something for his own benefit.
